ToolFlow is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and your files never leave your device.
File Processing
All file processing on ToolFlow (PDF conversion, image compression, background removal, etc.) happens entirely within your browser using JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers. Once you close the browser tab, all file data is discarded.
Information We Collect
We do not require account registration and do not collect personally identifiable information. We may collect anonymous usage data through standard web analytics (such as page views and tool usage counts) to understand how the site is used and improve it. This data cannot be used to identify you.
Cookies
ToolFlow may use cookies or local storage to remember your preferences (such as theme or last-used settings). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes beyond the standard behaviour of Google AdSense, which is described in Google's own privacy policy.
Advertising
ToolFlow displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.
Third-Party Services
Some tools use third-party CDN-hosted JavaScript libraries (such as PDF.js, pdf-lib, and Chart.js) to perform in-browser processing. These libraries are loaded from CDN providers (jsDelivr, unpkg) and are subject to those providers' own privacy policies. No file content is sent to these CDNs — only the library code is fetched.
The Currency Converter tool fetches live exchange rate data from the open.er-api.com public API. Only a request for exchange rate data is made — no personal information or file data is transmitted.
Children's Privacy
ToolFlow does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ToolFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
